Wildlife in India

India is lush with wildlife with the existence of a number of national forests which are home to a variety of endangered species. It’s not uncommon to catch a glimpse of prowlers like the endangered cheetah or a prowling tiger. Indian forests are a delight for adventure lovers and photographers alike who want to get the closest possible shot.

The most famous wildlife park in India is the Corbett Nation Park established in the year 1936. It’s home to a large number of species including tiger, leopard, Himalayan Black Bear, Yellow Throated Martem, the Indian Grey Mongoose and many other species as well. The Kaziranga national Park in the North-East India, on the other hand, is famous for the One-horned Rhinoceros. The other famous national parks are Eravikulam National Park, Kanha National Park and Bandhavgarh National Park.
